Events that are organised via this model will be of the highest possible quality. Handout materials in the form of delegate binders will be produced in house and custom built for each event. Other materials such as delegate badges, tent cards, certificates, will be created and distributed to the attendees accordingly. A central web presence supports the events with information, collateral and other forms of soft content that ensures the customer experience of the highest quality. All administration, payment and booking will be handled centrally, thus enabling the Fellow to do what they do best.

The presentation and management of knowledge is a rare skill that is fundamental to the methodologies used by 360plus5. A wide variety of techniques and methods are employed to ensure that the knowledge transfer between Fellow and client is managed in the most efficient manner.

Profitability and efficiency are at the core of the programmes. Unless by choice, no company wants to lose money on a contract. Winning at all costs is not the objective. Sales Qualification is one of the modules that is delivered as part of many of the programmes available. Qualification of business determines what the criteria are that lead to a successful and desirable deal. If a company chooses to win business at a loss because the winning is a strategically sound decision then so be it.

Built upon more than a decade of the highest level bid consultancy knowledge, the result of this programme is to win more business. Large bids are one of the fundamental ways in which companies are able to generate revenue. The successes that have been obtained from this programme range from significant strategic account successes to very large scales contract agreements.
