Built upon more than a decade of the highest level bid consultancy knowledge, the result of this programme is to win more business. Large bids are one of the fundamental ways in which companies are able to generate revenue. The successes that have been obtained from this programme range from significant strategic account successes to very large scales contract agreements. (e.g. Keane won a US$364million contract build a ticketing system for Melbourne Australia as a direct result of a bid managed using the techniques explained in this module).

The commercial skills that are developed within the Winning Business programme are used over and over again to win contracts that might not have been possible without the coaching provided by the Fellows.
