The Fellowship

360plus5 operates as a Fellowship. The Fellows, C-Level experts from around the worlds have nearly all led large blue chip companies during their career. They are not employees they do it because they enjoy it and because with this association they can make a difference to other companies as well as work alongside other like minded high flyers. Each member has been invited to join because they exhibit a range of characteristics that set them aside from others and make the work that they do "just that bit better".

Geographic Profile

The community will exist from people who are based in all parts of the world. The typical Fellow will be a frequent flyer with a willingness to support customers on all continents. The latest virtual technology is also available to place the expert and client together in the most efficient and best value way.

Quality

By being invited to join the community, the Fellow will be introduced into a world class "reputation group". Each other member of the community will benefit from the reflected strengths and reputations of their co-Fellows.

Relationships

While the principle thrust of the business offering is via the marketing and promotion of Fellows and their profiles, other relationships can benefit from the commercialisation of the business. This means that there will be links and synergetic relationships built with like minded partner companies as well as consultants who wish to show an affiliation with 360plus5. Where services can be offered by less qualified people, then 360plus5 will allow up and coming candidates to have a designation of Associate.

Fellow Profile

The experts that are at the core of the business are Fellows. Joining the community will be by invitation only and the person will have a profile of 20 - 30 years experience, C-Level and reputation for outstanding achievement at all stages of their chosen expertise.
