You're the Boss is a leadership programme for all levels within the organisation based on best practices and experience, leading to successful and effective leadership. Extensive attention is paid to the fundamental elements: the organisation, the leader, the subordinate and the task and/or goal. Through an interactive programme the participants will get step by step insight regarding their leadership skills and will develop these. Furthermore the personality of both the leader and the subordinate will be discussed related to achieving the goals and objectives of the organisation, the manager and also the subordinate. Eventually they will be able to constantly stay in control and will never be unpleasantly surprised.
