Using the personal Reflector reporting of each participants in the programme, the impact of natural behavior on the performance regarding the eight roles of the leader will be discussed in detail. Together will be defined what (in various situations) the ideal behavior of the leader is and how that relates to the results of the personal Reflector reporting. Through open discussion understanding is created regarding what this means for yourself as well as “others” in your direct vicinity, so other than the subordinates for instance also colleagues who work at the same level (peers) and your manager.
