A number of situations will be discussed, where as a team, choices will need to be made regarding the correct approach. Every single situation requires a different approach, where next to knowledge, skills, motivation and (self)confidence, also other matters will start to play a role. Through this process the participants will get acquainted with the behavior of people in different realistic situations.
