Through an open discussion insight will be provided regarding what did and didn’t work out right. The “why” will be analyzed in order to determine cause and as a result of that learn from this process. Both the positive and the negative matters will lead towards enrichment of knowledge and skills. Eventually a kind of “best practices” will be added to the backpack of the participants.
