Dit programma is gericht op een aanzienlijke verhoging van bedrijfsresultaten door het gebruik van “Semantic Feedback Technology”. Deze technologie linkt wat mensen kunnen en zijn, aan de prestaties van een organisatie. Het geeft precies aan hoe een organisatie kan verbeteren en hoe het niet moet. Omdat we gebruik maken van teksten uit de organisatie hoeven we niet veel mensen lastig te vallen om de analyse te doen.
Deze sessies worden in principe uitsluitend in het Engels gegeven.
The program teaches to use the technology suggested but also how to create value with it: emerging wealth.
It trains two persons of your organization. One person comes from Human Resources or internal or corporate communication department and the other person has his background in one of the control functions of your organization. They bring in their company case and learn how to analyze and diagnose the situation using Semantic Feedback Technology and how to create wealth using the outcomes.
After training and applying the knowledge it becomes possible to answer questions like:
- How can I improve the feedback to the people involved by measuring the effect of my employee’s involvement and satisfaction without having to use expensive surveys?
- How can I measure and possibly influence my company’s image (brand)?
- How can I relate the quality and contributions of my staff to our own (and possibly other) performance indicators?
- How can I determine and pinpoint which Performance Indicator has a direct relation with engagement?
- How can I quantify and model the influence of my HR department in relation with my overall performance.
- How can I measure, qualify, model and therefore sometimes predict the capabilities per individual, department, organization including the internal - and external corporate culture?
